Ho Ho Ho!!! Hope everyone got what they wanted this Christmas! I've been getting much needed rest this week and boy does it feel good. As you may know school finished up last week and finals are done. That means I've got a grab bag of goodies to share with the world. Here are my MOV's for my 3D modeling class. Will post wire frame diagrams soon so you can see just how these things are created. And oh yes, I modeled all the the things in the room from primitive shapes. Nothing was already created in this program!! Enjoy and be Merry!!!!!! :)

Finals are over!!!
So the semester has come to an end. Finals are all in and it's time to take a much needed break. Overall the semester turned out pretty good. Over the next week of so I'll be posting some of the stuff I have done. "Dad and Me" is a little story i did for my story boarding class. I wanted a story that was simple to follow and easy to understand. Dad tries to teach his son to ride a bike and son has a hard time. Simple!
Just another thing! Drawing a bike in more than one perspective is not that easy regardless of your talent. :)

It's the most stressful time of the year !!!
Hello everyone! This semester is winding down and finals have begun. Five classes, Five finals to work on! sheesh. Backgrounds are coming along pretty well. I just completed two more to add to the others i posted not to long ago. In two weeks I am hoping to have them all done. Once that is done, I will then put them all together and create the animatic for my cartoon intro. Here are the two I just finished. I'm really liking the perspective on the living room alot. This one will be fun when it comes time to add my character in.

More Backgrounds!!!!
So here are two more backgrounds that I have done for this semesters Background class. These are for mid-term, so the final will be cleaned up and more details will be added . Having a blast thus far. Will post a progress post so you can see the many steps that one background takes from it's initial sketch to the final product. Should be cool!!! Until then, Peace, Love, and Art!!!

Backgrounds!!!!!!
So I've been hard at work at school, working on this and that and everything else you could imagine. Here are a few of my backgrounds for my background layout and design class. These are going to be used for my animation project that i will be working on next semester. I am going to use the characters I created last semester for it. It's been fun watching all of it come together. It's great when you can see a thought come alive with every passing week. Ultimately by the end of next semester, I hope to have what would be an intro to a cartoon put together using my characters, and my backgrounds. Should be fun! Until then enjoy my works in progress. Let me know what you think. Feedback is always appreciated!

Advanced Life and Anotomy Final !!!!
So school is back in session!! It's only been one week in and boy do I have plenty on my plate!!. It took me a while but here is my Final from last semesters Life Drawing class. We Spent the whole semester drawing from life, so doing this as a final was kind of like a treat for us! We were asked to pick a cartoon character that we would like to draw so I chose Popeye the sailor man! The skeleton of Popeye was tough but very fun at the same time. Overall I think it came out pretty good. Remember, Eat your spinach kids!!!! :) Enjoy!!

Hello There!!
So Finals are done and another semester is under my belt!!! As with all the classes I've taken, I can proudly say I have learned a lot this semester as well. For my Character Design class I had to create four character sheets. The cool thing about these characters is that I will be taking them along with me in the semesters to come. I will be using my characters to create Backgrounds, storyboards, and eventually put them all together in my 2d animation class. This is still there first stage, so they might change along the way. Hope you enjoy all the hard work I put in as much as I did. Be on the look out for my Animation short that will be posted on the blog in no time. Enjoy!! and fell free to leave me your thoughts!

Old Mural Work
The Fourth of July has come and gone and there's work to always be done. Here is a mural I did a while back at a daycare in Pawtucket. I was given the freedom to come up with the idea. I wanted something the kids would enjoy. The Dragon is personally my favorite. Imagination is endless. Let's use it !! I will be posting more of my mural work in the weeks to come. C'mon back folks!

Character preview!
For my mid-term project in my character design class, I had to create 4 characters. All 4 had to work together as if they were all part of the same theme. I created them all as if they where children. It was an interesting and fun project which took quite some time to complete. Here they are all together as a whole. I will be posting the individual character sheets once I clean them up a little more just in time to hand in.

Weekly Recap!
Another busy week is over. Sold a painting of mine that I had done a while back. It's been sitting in my house for some while now. Glad it went to a good home! I really need to start painting more. The question is when will I find time? I guess I can skip the sleep at night and do it then. :) not really. Oh well, I'll also be posting some sketches for my Character sheets I'm working on in the coming week so come on back gang!
